"The location is great and nice they offer breakfast. The instructions for check in are clear. The cleanliness was subpar. I wrote and called twice and there was no response. We did book the night prior, so perhaps this limited our stay."

Conway or even Gorham for food and/shopping. Always quiet, housekeeping if needed, helpful staff, amenities include indoor pool, and chairs & games around the fire pit.our 2nd stay this summer alone, and will certainly be back for more."

I can’t speak to what this property is like during ski season since we’ve only stayed during the summer months. It is dated and dingy in places (room furniture, carpets throughout property, etc) but we’ve found similar qualities at other large properties in the area that must be difficult to maintain. "Room is very clean and comfortable. Accommodate check-in time if room is available. Close to major attractions (eg, clark's bear, lost river gorge & boulder caves, Whale's Tale Waterpark, many hiking trails) in the area. Breakfast is excellent, especially love the waffle, homefries and scrambled eggs are also good, I like the oatmeal as well. "Terrible. Dead bugs all over the room. Mattress was so warm that the middle was a sink hole. Sides folded up like a taco shell. Tried to call to get a new room. Told no. Asked for our money back to stay somewhere else. Was told no. Tried to used the fire pit. No propane. Asked for the propane to be filled/replaced. Was told no. Place is falling apart. Staff sucks. Holiday weekend stay, you would think they would have cleaned the place up. Don’t stay here."
