"The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Some staff can communicate in English , even if they don't understand English they were tried to google translate and accomodate your needs. I give a thumbs up. The hotel is not new renovation but the bed is clean. The room is actually not that small but if they can either reconfigure the room layout or at least put the chair and the humidifier on a wheel so I can move them around the room is better. "Hotel Groove was a wonderful hotel. It suited the needs of our family of four very well. We had the large King Garden Suite where we could spread out and relax at the end of the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The washing machine in the room was an added bonus that was really helpful for us. We would recommend Hotel Groove for being close to transport links and for being in a great location close to shopping and eating. "
