From the guys at the front door, to the gorgeous girls in white operating the rotating girl, front desk team, restaurant staff, spa staff, room service - faultless. I felt so recognized and valued. The hotel breakfast is lovely, as was room service and is well located near Ginza. The design is a little dated but in pristine condition, and the customer care more than compensated. Well done to whoever is training the team! And thank you. "

"This is a nice place to stay. Very clean and conveniently located just a few steps from an access to the excellent Tokyo transport system. The area is VERY quiet, with lots of government buildings and condominiums but not much in terms of shopping or places to eat. The service is efficient and professional. Some of the employees have limited English but they all try to assist to the best of their abilities. "

"Overall, the location & the room were great. Somehow my room's bathroom & toilet were not get cleaned daily for the first 4-5 days. I asked the housekeeping team to action. After that, they started to clean properly. Apology letter was nice touch. Other guests from Asian countries were quite loud & noisy in the hallway in some morning. I made a complain via phone. The situation was quickly solved. Thank you for the hotel staff's quick action. I will stay at the hotel again."

"I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. The pictures online did not accurately resemble the property itself. Although the room was satisfactory, the noise was terrible. There is a nightclub on the second floor that plays loud music until 4:00 a.m., so if you are placed on the third floor, you will likely be kept up all night. That said, the property is in a very convenient location, which was a positive."
