"Clean but very small rooms with very basic bedding/amenities. Nice for a quick overnight stay for a flight but an extended stay may not be very comfortable."

"Don't stay here. It's called an airport hotel, but it's far from the airport and transportation to and from the hotel is difficult / expensive. It's a loud neighborhood, there's no AC, tiny bathrooms and uncomfortable matresses. The front desk is unfriendly. The adjacent restaurant was OK but expensive. Can you call yourself an airport hotel when you're a $30 cab ride from the airport?"

"Just a little gem. Fun location right on the water (and easy to get everywhere). Great room. Front desk at the ready to help with suggestions and directions. Only complaint... public areas could use a little spruce, but that's clearly underway with all the signs of renovation (also it's a historic building, so unrealistically aspire to larger windows for the view :-). Great option!"

"Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Dusche hatte einen sehr guten Wasserdruck. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und für jeden was dabei. Vor allem das Brot hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Lage war wirklich super. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Haltestelle entfernt, mit der man mit dem Zug schnell am Hauptbahnhof oder dem Flughafen ist. Mit der Metro war man auch schnell an die Stadtmitte angeschlossen."

"Well I was taken back on arrival as it looked so much better in the photos (1950's American diner stylie) rooms needing a bit of tlc ,but once I got used to it I enjoyed my stay.Staff in diner mostly teenagers were super friendly & helpful .Meals in diner all burgers , nuggets fries etc no alternatives.Breakfast very good & not portioned continental & full cooked available (self serve) Rooms.... think Butlins style could do with an upgrade but perfectly functional free WiFi throughout beds...

"The hotel is fully up to date. Nice bright room on 6th floor. The ceiling was low on one side. We are tall but enjoyed the quiet up high. The only item of complaint was the very slow shower drainage. Can be fixed. Would definitely recommend a stay at Ibsens"

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit traumhaften Ambiente. Man fühlt sich wie im Spreewald - mit den Kanus, auf die man vom Balkon aus blickt, und dem entspannenden Vogelgezwitscher. Die Räume waren sehr gemütlich im minimalistisch, stylischen skandi-stil eingerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. In der Nähe war der schöne See mit Steg, der zum Baden einlädt. Dort vorn gab es auch eine Art Grill/ Bistro. Besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück. Es gab zB. sehr hochwertigen Käse zum selbstabschneiden. Aronia...

"Communication was brilliant, and very easy to check in using the app. The apartment was very close to the metro so brilliant for getting around the city."

"The hotel is at a great location- we could see the Nyhavn harbor from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and ice bucket is available on request. The room was also clean and neat. Would stay here again!"
