"We had a short stay of two nights and enjoyed it very much. The room was quite spacious and in an excellent condition. Very quiet in spite of a main road nearby, though some noise from the floor was occasionally audible. "

"The hotel was ideally situated close to the airport with its own shuttle service running every half hour but not free for return to the airport. The facilities were excellent especially the pool and sauna. Staff were lovely."

"The staff made everything very easy! The accessibility to the bus station and the complimentary shuttle back and forth from the airport were super convenient. The only thing I would have changed is it they had a water filling station. "

"Staff was friendly at book-in. Our room condition was poor. There was stains from a drink or something on the wall and a blood stained towel in the bathroom. We asked the front desk to sort this for us, which they replied they would send someone up. Waited the whole night and noone was sent up. Beds was comfortable though."

"It’s basic and very small room but to be expected and fit for purpose as single overnight stay if using the airport. "

Lamentablemente por estas personas el lugar se califica bajo. Si regresaria sin dudas por el tipo de hotel, pero ojala mejore el servicio de las personas. Gracias saludos "

"War alles in Ordnung. 4* na ja. Zimmer waren Sauber, Personal sehr freundlich.Jedoch hinter den Heizkörpern am Fenster herrscht dringender Handlungsbedarf. Hier ist schon seit ewig nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Vor lauter Spinnfäden und Staub sieht man den Boden nicht, bei einem Spalt von ca. 10 cm"

"Izabela in restaurant area was amazing . What a wonderful human being . Had one issue, my son brought in food and bar tender told us we could eat in bar. We were only people in bar. Then some rude manager came in and told us to leave. Fine . Now no one in your bar. Make sure you are ok same page as workers ."

"Attentive and super friendly staff, clean, bike rental on site . Nice bar and they gave us complimentary drink coupons on the days that we didn’t require housekeeping! That was really nice :) location is in a quiet spot next to the bus stop within walking distance of May restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when in Haarlem ! "

"Staff were very nice but hotel in general was a poor choice for us. More of a 3 star hotel than what was advertised. Long walk or cab ride to any decent restaurant or shops. "
