"Our 1st evening, we had some problems with getting food. The poolside restaurant had to close early and the bar restaurant ran out of pizza. I’m sure it was an unusual problem, but we didn’t have dinner that night coming in from a long travel day from Texas. All other meals were great, especially breakfast buffet which was outstanding."

"Beautiful resort but still needs a lot of maintenance. The most frustrating part was paying the resort fee and parking fee, but watching many local residents use the facilities freely. The family pool was overcrowded with residents, not guests. The pools were supposed to close at 10PM, but on our evening walks we saw a lot of inappropriate behavior in the pools. Wondering how the facility is monitored, because it didn’t seem like there was any rule enforcement."

"Beware that if you request an ocean view room, you are likely going to get a large view of the lobby roof top and and tiny view of the ocean to the side. They were kind of sneaky about this. Some people are okay with a view of the roof top but if you are turned off by looking out and seeing a black flat surface for your ocean view. you really need to request an ocean view. pool was good as well as the restaurant"

"This is a gorgeous resort. The lagoon was truly amazing. We snorkeled a lot and saw a lot of turtles and fish. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the room we booked was very expensive and I would have expected to have it serviced every day. However, the room was cleaned only every other day."

Where the property could use improvement: cleaner pools, with 24/7 access pools water feels like a lot of bodies have made the water mucky. "Staff was great. First room smelled of mold and mildew. Rotting presswood by mini fridge. Staff moved us to much nicer room.
Pool and hot tub were dirty and very strong chlorine smell. Burning nose strong.
Breakfast was very poor. Eggs come with soybean oil type cheese. If they just did scrambled eggs it would be so much better. It’s very manufactured eggs. Pancake machine gave raw pancakes. Coffee is the cheapest possible. Location is walkable to shops and harbor.
Again, Staff was great....
