"The resort rooms are on the small side and they have microwaves available but you need to request (no information offered at check in). They clean only every 5th day but give towels on request. Restaurant closes at 9 PM and very limited choices. But the pool is great and lots to do nearby. It is worth paying for beach view--partial view is basically none at all. The small beach is nice. Best place for breakfast inside is King's Coffee--open early with excellent choices and great lattes."

"The room was cleaned but sand was never really swept off our floor completely, and we don't think they changed our sheets as it felt like there was sand in our sheets always. Our soap was never refilled during our entire week stay. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast but some odd choices. Mostly spam every morning with premade omelets. They had chicken strips one morning. There were cereal options, toast, bagels, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, and yogurt every day. Pancake machine was on about every other day. There were bananas or apples most days. One day they had oatmeal, the rest of the time it was biscuits and gravy. If you are trying to eat a more healthy breakfast, there weren't as many options. The fridge that cold foods for breakfast was put in needed to be cleaned. Overall the stay was not bad just little things that could be better."

"We went to the Big Island just for a quick stop to hopefully see the volcano eruption (sadly it wasn’t active while we were there) and had minimal expectations of this place… we ended up loving the Big Island which was much quieter than Oahu or Maui and our family absolutely loved the Hilton Waikoloa Village. The place is beautiful and very well manicured. It is large and moving from one place to another on the resort took time, but our kids are college age and that just provided us some much needed physical activity after eating Poke nonstop. Really my only complaint would be that the restaurants on property closed early enough that if you were out late at all, there was nowhere to get food. Most places closed by 8:30. Aside from that, we loved it! I would definitely go back to this resort and stay longer!"

"We stayed in the 1-bedroom oceanfront room, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The ocean view was immaculate and made the entire stay even more relaxing and memorable. Waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean every day was amazing. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and welcoming. I would definitely return to this resort if I visit Hawaii again."
