"If you’ve experienced the level of hospitality at Halekulani Okinawa, I would honestly recommend reconsidering before booking Halekulani Hotel in Hawaii. In comparison, even Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani across the street offers a noticeably warmer and more genuine experience. What made this stay disappointing was not the property itself, but the overall service attitude throughout the hotel. "It was a beautiful six night seven days stay the atmosphere is amazing it is right in the middle of Waikiki and walkable to anything you needed to get to. The staff were amazing the room was clean and daily cleaned by housekeeping. The outdoor pool was on the 5th floor where the gym was and it's absolutely breathtaking fuse complimented the hotel as a whole"

"Great location right next to the beach, restaurants and stores at a walking distance. Staff was very kind and helpfull at all times. Complimentary breakfast is a plus. Coffee and tea available 24x7 at the lobby. My room was small but clean and comfortable. Beach gear is available for use (chairs, mats, towels and umbrella) at no cost. We would come back again without hesitation."

"This is my second time staying here at Hyatt Centric. Love how spacious their 2 queen bed rooms are and most specially, the bidet in the bathroom!!! Drinking Water is included in the lobby and in the gym. Going to the beach is just a short walk. We borrow beach chairs, boogie boards and towels every morning. This location is very close to international marketplace, to many restaurants on kuhio street. Better location than hotels on Kalākaua Avenue which is mostly high end shops and few...
