"I paid for a room with a kitchenette and did not get that room. And the more I found out. They do not have those rooms at that location but have that selection. Bathroom walls had nasty water damage and mold. All I was offered was a trash bag and tape to cover it so my kids did not touch it. There so called free breakfast was a very small selection nothing like you would get at either days inn’s I have stayed at they had eggs in the refrigerator that you had to heat up in a microwave. "No issues with my one night stay. Not a luxury inn but good enough if you need a place to shower and sleep. No bed bugs"

"Staff very friendly, enjoyed the stay"

"Not recommend to stay"

"El hotel si me gustó todo lo relacionado a las instalaciones muy bien lo único que no me gustó que reserve con expedia y al hacer el chekin tube que poner una tarjeta y x cada habitación me retuvieron 1900 pesos se me hizo normal pero al siguiente día de la aplicación expedia me cobraron 6 mil y los 1900 que me retuvieron el hotel siguen bloqueados en pocas palabras los debo seguir algún día los desbloquearan eso sí me cala un poco"

"Clean room"

"Had bed bugs got bit up and left had to get another room somewhere else want a refund"

"1) Elevator was broken. My 80 year old mom had to climb 3 flights of stairs along with three 4 year old grandchildren. 2) Hideaway bed was completely trashed. Absolutely disgusting. I cannot even begin to explain how nasty it was. 3) Telephones in the room did not work so numerous trips down 3 flights of stairs 4) Television did not work 5) Smoking allowed too near the entrance of the hotel 6) Carpet stains throughout the hotel which gave an appearance of it not being very clean"
