"It was a great stay, would recommend, and close to everything "

"The room was clean, staff was friendly and even refilled our towels/tissue daily. Breakfast was basic, not a huge selection and the waffle makers kept sticking with every use which tore up the waffles. Our only issue was no space for our clothes. No drawer space with only a few hangers so we had to basically live out of the suitcase which we had to lay open on the floor to get into them. Other than space it was cute and clean."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked an accessible room, but when we arrived it was hearing accessible and not mobility accessible. The front Desk quickly rectified the situation and moved us to an upgraded mobility accessible room. The room and common spaces werevery clean, but there was a lot of construction going on that we weren’t aware of prior to booking. The rooms under construction were right off the elevators so there was no avoiding them."

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"The room was very clean; however, there was a lack of any sort of broom/dustpan and zero paper towels available when arriving. We opted to avoid any room service during the stay, and the lack of broom made it difficult to keep sand out of the room. We only went to the pool one day, we were honestly a little underwhelmed with the size of the pool - I can't imagine how cramped the pool would seem during more peak times of the year. We had to do a last minute audible on where we were staying...

"Village Inn is affordable, the breakfast declined but Melissa who works the front desk is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and helpful. She always tries to make your stay more comfortable. Thank you Melissa for being so sweet and caring. Oh and patient lol "

"Our 2 star rating reflects our kichen area with no dishes or utensils. I asked the front desk. “We don’t supply them. I can get you a couple of sets of plastic ones. There was only one wire trash can for 3 rooms. Again, reflected by rating. We tipped housecleaning well. They weren’t to blame. The breakfast served mostly fatty and way undercooked bacon on one day. Toast would barely brown after multiple passes through its inadequate toaster. A radical disappointment from our usual Marriott stays."
