"We arrived after 10pm the hotel were very helpful in leaving us a message on where to collect our room key from, the room was big and clean, bathroom was good too, we had an enjoyable breakfast too, very friendly & helpful staff."

"Parking can be a problem if arriving later in the evening. Follow instructions given by owners. Breakfast is great staff friendly and helpful. Keep entry instructions handy as had a little trouble finding codes. Rooms 7 and 8 are not where you'd think !"

"The hotel is in a great location for exploring the area. It could do with a bit of freshening up of the paintwork. Our room was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee and bottles of water. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not need a carpark but there was one opposite that charged £4 per 24hrs."

"We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception. We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service! The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room....

"Bar and breakfast rooms were great..clean room..however we were given top floor room with four flights of stairs.. room too small for a double with very uneven floor.. Room was very hot window only opened six inches not much air coming in.fan provided was useless.. didn’t get much sleep as we were hot sticky and itratible..not going back.this was not in the heatwave.. the following weekend .."

"Lovely restaurant but very busy when we arrived, so staff were rushed off their feet. Room was great. Bathroom was lovely. No air conditioning so we kept the window open. Quiet outside apart from birds waking us up at sunrise. Food in the restaurant was excellent although we had to wait for a table. There was no discount on offer for residents."

"Hotel stay was okay for one night (but not much better). Older hotel in need of upgrade and repairs. Bathroom countertop broken and taps difficult to turn off. Breakfast was vouchers for fast food at the highway rest stop (and was only accepted as some (not all) vendors in the food fair. As foreign travellers we did not underestand that this hotel was located at the rest stop for a toll highway. ... Will give Days Inn by Wyndham a pass next time, as this is similar to our previous...

"For the price point you can’t go wrong . Parking is hit and miss ( random weekday was no problem ) but need to arrive close to check in or super late for a parking space on site. Lots of parking options nearby though ( Frankwell ) . Easy to check in at bar and the rooms are clean and well stocked ( tea tray / water / soap and towels ) Really homely feel and super friendly. "Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....
