"The room smelled strongly of mold, and the bedsheets were stained. We asked for a refund, but unfortunately, since the room was prepaid, that was not an option. We agreed to switch rooms instead. The second room was slightly better, but overall, the experience was still disappointing."

"Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that."

"We were under the impression that a continental breakfast was included with our stay, but it was a disappointment every morning. The breakfast area was consistently messy, with many items either unavailable or not replenished. The juice and milk dispensers were frequently empty, and several advertised breakfast options were missing.
The hotel itself is outdated, which wasn’t a major concern for us. However, the lack of upkeep, especially in the bathrooms, and the absence of the advertised...

"There were a lot of flies in the room, the air conditioner running there was no drain on it. She was on the floor. The cord was inside the water death trap, so I didn’t touch anything electric the whole floor had moisture on it the sheets didn’t look clean. There was hair in the towels."
