"Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed. "We were pleased with it stay and only found a few things that were not so good. The staff was very welcoming and attentive.
We only ate breakfast one of the three mornings and it was okay.
The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet did not have great flushing capability. The closet door was hard to use as the track was broken.
We plan to stay again the next time we are in the area."

"Overall, I found the room and facilities to be adequate. I would say there is a general lack of maintenance. The outside doors on the back of the building don't close or lock properly and the one luggage cart was falling apart. Only one ice machine was functional. To be totally fair, there was a sign out in front of the hotel advertising that they were looking to hire maintenance staff so I am sure they are trying their best to hold things together. The staff was friendly and helpful....

"Very comfortable and clean room. We slept well, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the room was easy to control. Our check-in was seamless. I wanted more places to hang towels and washcloths, but the bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. We will stay here again if we are in the area."

"We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven.
Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time."
