"Comfortable bed & quiet room in spite of a nearby busy road. Good breakfast. Just a slight issue with some black (?) coming off the bathroom floor tiles next to the bath, though the sink & bath were spotless."

"Left stranded outside the hotel after staff forgot to leave keys, after confirming directly with the hotel manager that we would be arriving late. We never were able to use our reservation and did not stay after paying in full. I called earlier in the day to confirm, and they gave me the lockbox location and code, but upon arrival by taxi (after midnight) there were no keys in the box, leaving us alone outside with no car.
