"We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before being told it was ready. The refrigerator was still full of food from previous people staying there. Clock on night stand hadn’t been changed since the time change.
No coffee at the breakfast bar. Informed the desk since that was the only staff available. She was too busy looking at her phone to call for help. No orange juice. No one willing to get any either.

"We booked a room for our family of 4. Our room was a king bed & fold out couch bed. When we noticed there weren’t any pillows or a blanket for the fold out couch for our kids, we asked the front desk. They had no blankets & only offered extra sheets. "Don’t book this place, here is why: no curtains, no tea cups in rooms, everything is so low budget and they don’t even have hair conditioners. Manager on duty is completely useless! We had an ape size disturbance in the room above us - could not sleep the whole night! Took them forever to resolve the problem- all the people around that room were affected. The manager failed to accommodate our request to transfer us to the room at the top floor for the 2nd night stay. Overall - horrible worst...

"Great stay! The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating.
Upon arrival, our sink didn’t drain, but we told the front desk and they got right on it.
We did find lots of hair stuck to the walls of the shower, that was not ours. We told the front desk at checkout and they took notes. We were only there for one night, so hopefully they’ll get it t cleaned up before the next guests arrive.
On a brighter note…the breakfast was AMAZING with many options to choose...
