"We had to sign a paper for queit hours, yet the music from the bar at your hotel was on until 11pm very very very loud. That makes no sense. The pool wasn't open at 8am. The pool is grimmy....we come every year and its never clean. Check in was horrific, long lines,cops, no way to figure out vallet. ..."

"We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also ..."
