"I stayed for only one night. For the money, the hotel was a good choice. Important was that it was clean. There was some noise where my room was, a sound like a washing machine does, but I did not really understand where exactly it was coming from. The staff at the reception was very polite and friendly, to the extend I interacted with them I am very happy."

"Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ.
Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt.
Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort.
Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert."

"Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again."

"Stayed here for 4 days while touring London. The hotel is so close to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben, and also walking distance to two stations of the Underground. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast has so many options and is excellent. There is a cafe/bar off the lobby too. Definitely recommend!"

"The room is so small, the bed is too short, and the shower is so small that one can hardly turn around in it. The shower door doesn't close properly, allowing the water to escape outside.
The handheld shower head was pointing outward, with no direction to remind guests to turn it inward or hold it by hand while turning on the water, so the water doesn't spray outside and drench the floor.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has A/C and is overall clean."

"The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.
