"The staff was nice, but the facility is showing signs of being run down. One of the elevators buttons were not working correctly. Once we got to the floor level we had to push the door open button for it to actually open. There was some sort of water leak and one of the light fixtures in the dining room was dripping water all day long into a trash can catching the water. I had called down to ask for more towels and was told I had to come down to get them because they didn’t have the staff to bring them to our room. Also wanted to buy a bottle of water and there were none in the cooler so they sold me warm bottles of water from the back. For the price that was paid, I feel like they could do better."

"It was not as nice as I expected for the cost. The bed was very uncomfortable, and it was very noisy. There was no microwave in the room, and you had to pay if you wanted breakfast. You also have to pay for parking. It should be $50 a night instead of $300"
