"Once the people above us finally settled down for the night, it was so quiet & wonderfully dark in our room. However, the first morning, we awoke for Spring 2026 HPMKT to zero power in our room! My daughter & I got ready in the dark & the front desk clerk simply added us to the list & said, Well, we don’t have anyone around, so we’ll see…. Not my idea of customer care. "

"This is a new Hampton Inn and the rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast is as you would expect - basics - fruit, eggs, cereal, waffles, etc... The staff was very helpful when we checked in and were able to answer questions during our stay. Conveniently located to Kernersville, the airport, etc..."

"Dirty floor. Smelled like marihuana all around property and cigarettes inside room. Area did not look safe at all. "

"1st night I called & reported that the light wasn’t working someone said that they were coming no one showed up the whole entire hotel smells like mildew just horrible"

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "

"I didn’t even stay in the room. When I arrived at the property there were men outside that kept trying to call me over. They stared me down and kept calling me saying, “hey baby” and “come here girl”. I went into my room and it smelled like cigarettes. I told the girl up front that I would not be staying, and I didn’t feel safe. She told me to go through Expedia to get a refund."

"This property was filthy, gross, disgusting!!! We left and got a nice room elsewhere. You should not recommend this place to anyone!!!!"
