KEX Portland
This is a hostel with private rooms. I might have missed that while booking, but don’t think it was clearly labeled. It’s a nice place and good location if you’re going to the convention or Moda center, but just know what you’re booking.

Park Lane Suites and Inn
Went with family to a Portland thorns soccer game. This hotel was within walking distance of about 5 minutes. Was able to stay on the 5th floor in the large suite. Cambria Hotel Portland - Pearl District
The room was spotless, bed and pillows comfy, shower very nice, and plenty of lovely towels, good temperature control. Front desk was very friendly and courteous.
