"Excellent location and view of harbour. You are right on the water and there is a ton of boat action. Food really good and friendly staff. Lots of fees and taxes added to your nightly room charge that surprised us. Very walkable to pike market . Conveniently beside the clipper if coming from Victoria."

"It is close to downtown, and the suit is clean and well maintained. The direction to the suit is confusing, and recommend they have the map at the front desk. Parking lot P2-P3 needs to be well labeled. A lot of twist and turn and easy to get lost in the complex."

I don't appreciate that one of only two elevators was broken the entire time we were there – for a hotel that is at capacity during arguably the largest tourist event of the year (World Cup soccer), I find it mind-boggling that the manager would not pay whatever it takes to get the elevator repaired immediately. "Only the elevator is not good because it is too slow. Other facilities is nice, the hotel position is perfect."

"Staff were very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was not working properly. (It would fail to stop at certain floors and appeared to have a mind of its own.) We advised staff and we were told that they were getting someone to come in to repair it. Breakfast was OK, but the room was not big to accommodate the people staying at the hotel, so many people were taking food back to their room. This made it difficult to manage."
