Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf - A Caesars Rewards Destination
10/10 Excellent
"Spacious rooms - asked to be near our friends and they made it happen. Attractive setting and decor in rooms and all around the building. Clean ALL over, you can get daily cleaning/fresh towels and linens (if you wish). Liked the soaps (hair and body) & conditioner - scent was NOT overpowering but lite. There were a total of FOUR plush towels in the bathroom. That is awesome. I like to use two. LARGE pool towels in the room and the pool was fantastic. Nice length to do laps and tables / chairs and a section to be outside and catch some sun. Parking is covered so we did not have to take our our motorcycle cover. That is a BIG PLUS. Restaurant had very tasty / delicious food and presented very well. Good selection of food options / choices, Nice to be able to walk to the restaurant and not have to drive to go and eat after a long day of traveling and seeing sites. great staff. You can also get food at the 'snack bar' area but we decided to be waited on after a long day of fun in the area... went to Field of Dreams, American Pickers, saw waterfalls and rode the Great River Road (IOWA side is better than Illinois side). LOVE being by the riverfront and going 2 minutes to the marina and get on the Channel-Cat boat. For $8, that is a deal to rice on a boat in the Mississippi River. You pay and can ride the entire day as many times as you want. You go to 3 other locations besides Isle Casino of bettendorf. Overall a BEAUTIFUL LOCATION and we will be coming back."
"We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. More complimentary amenities were offered then, including free/reduced parking and a complimentary drink for adults. It was disappointing to not have these offered this stay. The hotel itself was in overall good condition, though the wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling off and the hot tub water was warm at best. For the luxury feel of parts of the facility it would be great if the property was better maintained. The location was perfect for participating in the Bix 7 race. The staff was friendly but the night staff struggled a bit with our directions to provide a key to one of our group who was arriving late (we were assured by the daytime staff it would be okay as long as we noted their name and they provided ID). It all worked out in the end."
