"My room was great the only thing was that the door was hard to open you had to push it in like if you were broken in, half of the lights in the room were not working, slept with the tv on. The pressure for water in the shower is horrible, the sink had way better pressure. Room 207 to be exact. Might wanna fix that. Other than that my stay was awesome, tiki bar is great and the drinks amazing. All staff is great as well throughout the whole resort. Would definitely come here again."

"I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the beach because the seaweed was not removed to make beach accesible.
Also our room floor was dirty, appears that it has not been cleaned with water for a long time; when walking barefoot in room our feet became very very dirty with floor dirt. Room floor should be cleaned with water to remove dirt.
Resort is very nice, employees are great, kind and very friendly.
I hope my above recommendation is taken into consideration and resolved.

"Honestly, the resort was nice, however we went during red tide, which really affected the whole trip. The resort STANK. I know it's not their fault, but they really should update their socials or send emails to let people know what's going on in case they want to make changes to their trips. I know we weren't the only family feeling that way. Over head several groups complaining about the same thing. Had the algae not been an issue, it really would've been great.
