"The oceanfront room we had was very large, towels were sparse, we did not get a parking pass upon check in, breakfast was good but most areas were hard to navigate. Coffee, sausage & potato’s ran out but I didn’t wait for them to be replenished. The hotel sat right next to the airport but it wasn’t an issue. All in all it was a good stay but very pricey."

"30$ resort fee 20 $ parking fee per day for a shuttle I never used, internet that was subpar and coffee I could get at fraction of the price the juice is not worth the squeeze"

"Beautiful property! Very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. We loved the pool as the beach had sargassum and was unusable. We booked this hotel bc of the proximity to the beach. We were still happy that we booked it as it is very nice. Free shuttle service to and from downtown area. Had an issue with the AC on the last night but the hotel took care of us. Thank you so much for an amazing week!"

"Nice hotel. 5 days/4 nights stay. Free parking, but no free breakfast The room came with a fridge and a coffee maker, no microwave. 2 Restaurants in the property, but food is very expensive. Staff at check in don’t even smile at you, when they do it feels forced. Concierges were very nice. The shuttle to Key West is a great feature. One of the two pools was closed. "The best hotel i have been with my family and the kids. The location is near to all attractions in the key west. The rooms are pretty large and bring good vibes. The pool is actually a junior olympic size which is greatly appreciated by all of us."

"The houseboat itself was decent, but unfortunately our stay was ruined by several major issues. When we arrived, we found blood stains on the pillowcases, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. Even worse, the main air conditioning was not working. It was over 90°F inside the houseboat, making it nearly impossible to stay inside comfortably. We repeatedly tried to contact the host for assistance, but never received a response. We even contacted Expedia, and they were unable to...
