"The room was beautiful, spacious, perfect for a either a quick get away or a long one. The staff was super friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The pool was clean and had tropical island theme. Oh and dont miss the jacuzzi that is tucked away in the of the waterfall. All in all Margaritaville deserves 7 stars."

"This was an amazing last-minute find. The Inn was well decorated, clean and just a wonderful place to relax. The two pools were well maintained and very relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well stocked with coffee, creamer and towels. Love that this is an adult only place to stay and we will 100% be back."

"The property is too old. No elevator to the 3rd floor. No free parking for hotel guest. I have to pay extra for parking. No phone in the room. The TV is outdated. We have to find someone to get wi-fi for the TV. The girl employee was kind of useless."

"We enjoyed our stay at Southernmost Duval guesthouse. The guesthouse was beautiful and very private and clean. We were slightly disappointed that we were so far from the resort and all the amenities. Next time we will know how to book a room at the actual resort. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality."

"This property would be decent for a price point of $120 or less but in the mid $200s per night, it is quite a low value for money. It was difficult to sleep because there is no sound proofing in the rooms. You hear everything outside and our room was directly next to reception. There is also not enough parking for all the guests and we had to park several blocks away. The room was very small and the bathroom door only open 1/2 of the way because it hits the bed. You have to squeeze sideways in and out of the doorway. There is also no counter space in the bathroom because it’s so small. In the room there is a portable AC unit but it’s very loud and poorly maintained or maybe just old. This makes it hard to sleep at night. We were also very surprised at the unreasonable check in and out times. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. This is shorter than standard hotel times. The staff was friendly and it was nice to have a welcome drink, but overall we were very disappointed in the stay and would not recommend this hotel."
