The lady that works the day shift ( I believe her name was Matilda) was so helpful and also helped us schedule a golf cart and an excursion making it super easy for us. "Unfortunately, we barely slept at night. The AC was old and very loud, so we eventually had to turn it off completely. Then the refrigerator started making noise, so we had to unplug it as well. On top of that, there was a constant machine sound from outside, probably from a neighboring AC or refrigerator that I could hear from our room. The pool restrooms were also not well maintained. The location, however, was great, we really loved it. The staff tried to be helpful, which we appreciated. "
