"We booked two rooms to fit our family and everything went smoothly from booking the hotel to check out. It was easy to find and had plenty of places you can easily walk to. We stayed during a heat wave so it was to have a place with AC and a pool. The pool was so relaxing and private! The receptionist was very kind and helpful with dinner recommendations and the rooms were very clean. Great place to stay if you’re in Bath."

"The exterior of the building is wonderful along with the grounds. The interior however is extremely run down and our first room We were given smelt damp and had to be moved to a better room but still then extremely basic and cleaning standard not great. Not helped also by the fact they only offer housekeeping every 3 days. Hotel with huge potential but not being looked after and requires urgent attention would not recommend anyone to stay there"

"Had a great stay here on a Sunday night. The weather was great so we were able to sit on the terrace. There was both a wedding and a family party during our one night stay which took up a lot of the outdoor space but we did manage to find some seating. Food was good and plenty of options"

She was a credit to the hotel, worked hard and clearly cared about the guest experience. "Check in very slow and after travelling 3 hours with elderly disabled parents, our room was not ready, which is understandable. But the only offer to get changed for a wedding was in the changing rooms a flight of stairs down or the toilets! The girl on reception was adamant there wasn’t any other option available and was very unconcerned of the needs for my disabled mother.
