"We use this hotel as it is conveniently placed to visit friends in Keynsham for a yearly reunion. The hotel has friendly helpful staff and the breakfast is always of a good standard. The parking is good, the room very clean. Just one observation was the blind in the bathroom in our room 10 could be better but not a big issue."

"Extremely friendly and courteous staff, in particular the lady who checked us in and the breakfast team. The hotel is being systematically renovated and the public areas are of a high standard. Our room was clean and well maintained and whilst the bathroom was clean and functional it would have benefited from being renovated. That said, there was nothing seriously wrong with it. "This was perfect for an overnight stay. Clean, 24 hour reception, comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Car park was free and right outside. No issues at all. Very good value."

"We booked two rooms to fit our family and everything went smoothly from booking the hotel to check out. It was easy to find and had plenty of places you can easily walk to. We stayed during a heat wave so it was to have a place with AC and a pool. The pool was so relaxing and private! The receptionist was very kind and helpful with dinner recommendations and the rooms were very clean. Great place to stay if you’re in Bath."

"Old, run down, noisy, small, cold 'cooked' breakfast. U have to pay £9 per day for 'clear air zone' (not the fault of the hotel, just a foolish swindle from local council which means we'll never come back to bristol again. Staff were nice. Good location, if youre not dri ing there."

"Ok then - we decided to upgrade our experience to a Premium room with king bed, on arrival noticed that room size was not same as advertised (a lot smaller). When we queried with reception- to be informed that as booking was through a 3rd party it didn’t qualify for a proper premium room, these rooms were for guests who pay Hilton rates☹️☹️☹️☹️. Lesson learnt"

"The staff were very friendly and the location was great! We visited during an extreme heat wave and unfortunately it was uncomfortable sleeping. The staff provided a room fan when we requested, but unfortunately the 2nd floor was an oven. This is no fault of the staff or property, it was just an anomaly of the weather."
