"Having paid for a reservation several months ago for two nights 24-26th June when I checked in I was told there was no room available. The receptionist claimed there was an IT issue but the hotel was very busy so clearly other people had been checked in. The apology was absolutely minimal, no compensation and no effort made to inform me in the days leading up to the reservation there was an issue. I found the whole experience highly unacceptable for a global corporation to behave letting me down...

"unfortunately, this hotel was a very let down for the price. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which was never mentioned on the Expedia listing. The corridors were dusty and strong paint fumes, which brought on my astnma. If I had known about the building works, I wouldn't have booked. ​The room quality was also disappointing.
