"We had a two bedroom/two bathroom suite with a king bed in one room and two twin beds in another room for our children. Check in was very quick and easy. Our room on arrival wasn’t thoroughly cleaned but the issue was promptly fixed after speaking with the front desk (within 30minutes of bringing up the issue). The staff were super apologetic. Our view from our room was amazing. We a clear view of the pools below, Vinworld across the water, and the beach. If you have an ocean view room, it can be bit a noisey if the crowds are big outside. During the time we went, the VN team not only won against Thailand but also the southeast Asian cup so it was very loud and celebratory up until 3-4am. But other than those two nights, the noise level was very tolerable. However understand that this comes with the fact that it is located in a central location that is within walking distance to many things
Daily housekeeping did a great job with refreshing towels and bedding and tidying the room. My daughter fell in love with the towel animal in the room so upon check out , we asked if we could purchase it for her. Instead the hotel gifted the towel animal to her and it honestly made her entire trip. She carried it all the way back to the states still has it intact. She loves it so much that will be bringing it in for show and tell at school and will be telling her class about her trip to VN and how she got her towel animal."
