"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."

"De airco ging pas laat aan en maar voor enkele uurtjes. Oktober was een koude maand. Veel koude gehad in de kamer."

"Wonderful stay, the staff were amazing and very helpful we will be back"

"We loved our stay! The staff were friendly and there was always something to do. The pool was great, parking, food, the rooms. My daughter cried when we left."

"Apastoli and his team were amazing. The attentiveness to every guest showed this was a real 5 star hotel. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Food was fresh and the breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have had in my years of travelling. I am already looking at staying again next year!"
