"Our 2 night stay at The Bell was enjoyable. Our room and the en-suite was clean, well presented and quite comfortable although the mattress was showing some signs that it will soon need to be replaced! Breakfasts were delicious, well cooked, generously portioned and a good quality. "The Railway Inn is a small hotel, over a pub that closes reasonably early and literally next to the train lines. The barkeep is also the hotel staff and the breakfast cook. She is terrific and lively. My room was on the second floor - spacious with two excellent twin beds, comfortable bedding and kettle, cookies, etc. They would like entry by 22.00 which I did not see in the ad, so I arrived later and she directed me to reach my room, which she had left open.
