"Poor services Expensive for no reason A very rude manager Not recommended "

"I called them to confirm on my way from Nairobi and they advised they were closed due to covid. I made this reservation two months in advance and they had my email address, yet NEVER INFOMED ME THAT THEY WERE CLOSED. I am expecting a full refund! VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION"
