"My stay was spectacular, check in was a breeze. The deposit was very cheap, I believe under $50 for sure (can’t remember exactly). You need to fill in a check in card was different but it was easy. Front desk was courteous and check out was simple too, just make sure you bring your debit card too so they can process your room refund successfully. The room was clean, as described online, and the AC was very cool. Parking is ample in the back but you may have to be lucky to snag a front parking....

"Checking in was alright. I booked two rooms for my family and I. The front desk host who checked me in held my ID hostage until I saw the rooms which I found odd. I had to request a new room because one of the rooms had stains all over the place, scratches/holes on the wall, and the toilet was dirty. The new room we got didn’t have a comforter/blanket for the bed. There was no phone to call the front desk so we had to go ask. When we did, they only provided a sheet blanket- not a comforter. "Night front desk staff was terribly rude and ignorant at time of check in and told me I had a certain time to check in to my room or else the reservation would be void then when I get there at said time he required, he then told me I could of checked you in at anytime. At this point I already left early from my dinner with clients to check in when there was no time restriction in the first place. Incompetent ignorant unprofessional overnight staff."

"The is an older complex that has been nicely upgraded. It has double-pane windows, vinyl floor, and aesthetically pleasing bathroom. I loved that there were no rooms above. The whole place is one-story. I also loved the carport parking. The room was clean, but not the bed, and not one of the towels. The pillows smelled like someone’s hair that had not been washed, and then I found a strand of hair on the bed sheet under the covers. The towel had fresh black smudges, as if some step on it....

"Horrible place. Will nvr stay at an extended stay. Lobby, hallways, and rooms had a stench, like a homeless person who hasn’t showered or rotting food smell. Our first room’s AC was broken making a really loud clicking noise. So asked to get moved to another room. That next room had a rotting food smell. Absolutely disgusting."
