"Our stay was great. We likes the spread-out nature of the property, as most hotels are apartment looking. Our room was clean and the wi-fi worked well. We had the continental breakfast and it was fine. The hotel, on the whole, needs some serious upgrades. The elevator was a bit sketchy and the corridor carpeting needed to be replaced yesterday. The bathroom in our room was unexpectedly nice and pretty large."

"This place is a 10 out of 10 highly do not recommend! There were stains on the pullout couch. The sheets were dirty. They didn’t give extra blankets pillows or sheets for the pullout bed. I had to go downstairs and ask for some and when I went downstairs to ask for some all they handed me were sheets. Both of the queen beds look like the sheets and linen were not changed on it so we didn’t get in until super late and unfortunately had to stay there so we used our personal blankets on top of the...

"Comfort Inn&Suites at Ashland Virginia, NORTH RICHMOND was the Excellent stay away from home. Great Understanding, Caring Staff those seen and unseen. There was an extra comfortable stay, all the Staff seemed to have gone the extra mild of the way without being asked, and I just want to "THANK YOU ALL EVERYONE 🙂💯"."
