"Breakfast was delicious, easy parking, there’s also an overflow parking on the other side of the road (sister hotel). We stayed in York, room was clean, enjoyed the jacuzzi, however the mattress needs an upgrade. Overall great stay! "

"We paid extra for delux rooms and our daughter’s room shower was running slow. The next morning was non existent so they showered in our room When we said about it when we left they said we should have turned the shower head to make the water run better Our argument is that surely it should be correct before we arrived Breakfast took an hour to come out and was ok Other than that it was clean"

"What bar? Had a pimms, only citrus fuits and two raspberries, no apple, no cherry, no cucumber. Staff excellent, especially at breakfast. Unfortunately we had to pay for parking!!"

"Have stayed here twice before as we enjoyed pub and location. We booked for friends and were only informed on arrival that the pub had shut down .We were told we were not contacted because we did not book breakfast. At time of writing pub is still being advertised on their own website."

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and very helpful Kitchen is clean and excellent breakfast. Boiled eggs addition could be thought of as that option not available. Beach is very close by and within walkable distance. Overall excellent place to satay"

"Room is hot, they provided small fan in the room- but still won't give you good sleep. Toilet is disgusting, dirty and need to replaced new one! Room is old, and needs complete refurbishment. What annoyed me most, wifi was not working- and we complained about all the issues we raised- however no compensation was given. Elevator not working, indoor pool is super tiny, outdoor pool is dirty and not allowed to use ( under maintenance ). Parking charges is ridicilous, £20 per night, £1.60 text...
