"definitely not family friendly there was mould in the air conditioners patched holes in the walls the flooring cracked glass to rear door it is not kid friendly at all very loud footsteps frustrating other people in the hotel with young children and it was difficult to find! location was decent though we ended up booking another hotel in shinagawa due to these issues and leaving after one night would not recommend for people with younger than 10 year old kids. the pictures in the advertisement...
