"This property was a little dated compared to some of the others we have stayed at. However, it was very clean and the customer service was top notch. The view of Mt. Fuji from the back of the hotel is breathtaking. The onsen was quite peaceful and relaxing with a mix of hotel guests and locals from the public. "Great view on Mt Fuji from every room and the meals were very good. There are 2 different menus available for dinner, kaiseki or shabu-shabu. Breakfast was always the same buffet but many different choices. Our problem was the room temperature can't be adjusted other than leaving the exterior door open and the duvet was very heavy with no top sheet."

"This is a perfect hotel to see Mount Fuji, the views are spectacular. The employees were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was free too. I wished I had stayed more than one night. 2 days to visit the area is not enough. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious with so many Japanese and regular dishes."

"Front desk staff speak good English. Room is clean and comfy. Most of us stayed at the basic standard Japanese style room and the huge Mt. Fuji is right behind the window. Huge carpark right across the street. I particularly want to give compliments to a front desk lady named 花梨（a taiwanese pretty lady). I lost my key for my luggage case. 花梨 proactively approached more than one local key man to help me opened the luggage case, which finally saved it from being forced opened and damaged. "

"Hotel on Kawaguchiko lake. Staff very helpful and happy to hold luggage before check in and after check out. Cool Japanese style room with two toilets. Provided bottled water and free drinks in the lobby. Onsen was relaxing. Two nights was the right amount of time in this area. "

"This is a very nice hotel, the rooms ae large and comfortable, but you have to be okay with futons on teh floor. It is right across from the lake and within walking distance of the Rope line, boat tours and restaurants and cafes. The Hot springs pools are gender separated and in traditional Japanese style, with an outdoor pool and a hotter indoor poole and full showering and washing with shampoo and soap. A very good place with a free shuttle from the station."
