"Our only complaint was that someone must’ve spilled or sprayed this awful cologne/aftershave before we had the room, like nausea levels of it lmao, and the staff totally heard us out and switched us without us even asking. "We stayed in the suite and it wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair in the shower and on the toliet, also trash on the balcony no garbage can in the sink. Went to shower and the bottles were empty. The pull out bed seen better days and my kid wouldn't sleep on it and ended up giving up a side ..."
