"Management didn't think about the impact of the hot weather as the room was so hot and they supplied a tiny fan that did nothing to cool the room. Lots of spots in the hotel needs updating or repairing. Both the staff and the leisure amenities were great."

"Great apartment and location. We were at the front of the building on a Saturday night, so it was very loud until the early hours with people going to Mcdonalds (directly opposite) after their night out. This was ok for us but maybe not others."

"Absolute gem of a place to stay. Gorgeous room with everything you need & so peaceful. The food was really good both for dinner & breakfast. We visited Fountains Abbey which was only 2 miles away. And we could do parkrun with plenty of time to get back before checkout & eat breakfast. Would love to return."

"Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far)."

"We had a suite at the hotel, it was very roomy, full of character and access to a superior breakfast! All well worth the money. Staff were friendly and very helpful too. The only grumble we had, we asked for a fan and there were non available. I've not made this impact the overall stay rating as the weather was unusually extremely hot so the same request had probably came from all rooms - i would say the hotel should have invested in more fans in preparation for the heat wave that week.
