"Best hotel I've stayed at this season in terms of cleanliness, amenities (good pool, great M-Club), comfortable rooms. Pain in the butt to get luggage to the rooms however, there were no carts available or anyone interested in helping. The staff at the front desk were not very polished and did not seem to have a desire to help customers beyond basics of checking in. They didn't want to give me more than one extra blanket per bed. I sleep cold and their blankets are very thin. Not sure how anyone...

"The property was okay, rooms were decently updated. The restaurant attached was a little overpriced for what we received. Staff at front desk were a little cold to approach however, the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting it to be right off the freeway. "Beautiful Hotel, but I was put in the older wing. Had to go down, then walk the take another elevator to my room which was fine, but the main light took 30 sec to turn on when entering. For an expensive hotel, that was not fun stumbling around trying find another switch to work"

"Overall good Hotel however the pictures on the website looks several years old as the current condition of Hotel there’s no resemblance to the pictures
Also the price that I had paid at the time of booking several months ago had reduced market Lee nearer the time I forgot to price check near at the time otherwise would’ve bagged decent saving
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we had a pleasant day nonetheless
Like anything else if you can secure a good bargain, then it’s worth a stay...

"Cons:
1) It's marketed as a hotel but it's a hotel with an AI Gucci belt in person. MUCH smaller than expected.
2) Cleanliness was not up to par at all. There were various burns, stains, and dirt along all of the walls and couch. There was a huge stain in the left corner of the couch and it was too icky for me to want to sit on it. We felt too uncomfortable to even sleep under the covers as well because of it.
3) The pillows are essentially air. We hit our heads up against the headboard a few...

"Eveyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. The room was nice but the property was in the middle of a renovation, which was not disclosed at the time of booking.
