"Fab service and staff"

"No comment re staff as didn’t see any. Room very good Parking appreciated Tad noisy but they gave us earplugs. Would go on second floor next time"

"Room didn’t have bedside lighting which meant having find main switch at night. A bit inconvenient. Also no hairdryer on room."

"Room was cleaned daily. Rooms in need of a bit of TLC, only one handle on a lot of the windows should 2, making it more noisy. Carpets in the rooms could do with a clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food although limited menu was nice. Would stay again."

"Plenty of parking and easy to validate. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out although staff appearance was somewhat dishevelled. Shower would not regulate it's temperature and was either freezing cold or boiling hot. It was clean although not immaculate with bathroom fixtures wearing and loose bedroom socket. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. "

"On arrival staff member (or manager) appeared complacent and somewhat uninterested. Did not show us to the room, although easy to find (not accessible for anyone with a disability - two flights of stairs - not lift). Room was spacious for two. Given it was an old-ish annexe part of the main building the windows were draughty even with what seemed like outdated secondary glazing that barely closed (room 4).
