"The stay we had at The Bears Paw was perfect, rooms clean, food amazing, staff so friendly. We brought our dog, Paddington with us and the staff made him feel so welcome and he was even given a little gift on arrival and a sausage at breakfast. We had found this hotel on the off chance as we had come up to get some work done on our camper van! What a gem of a find! X Beautiful, cosy, clean, friendly hotel! We will definitely be returning. "Room was basic, clean and had good connectivity. I stayed for 3 nights and slept well. The car park always had a space when I arrived back. Staff were very nice. The pub next door serves good quality food. I had the carvery which was very good. I only had a couple of cold items from the breakfast each morning the service was good and I could eat and get on my way quickly. "

"Lovely accommodation above a local inn with very nice restaurant. Room was beautifully presented with both bath and shower room and bed was very comfortable. Food is served in a great restaurant, being part of the pub and clearly a favourite with locals. The menu was excellent with fish and meat courses and breakfast was equally as good. Very friendly staff, good food and wonderful room. The perfect combination! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. "
