"Our room overlooked Kobe Port, offering a stunning night view. It was spacious and featured a jacuzzi in the bathroom with a view of the Kobe Port Tower. Despite the aged appearance of the room and hotel facilities, the outstanding service from the staff more than compensated for it. The in-room breakfast was also delightful."

"ＧＷ後、温泉に惹かれ久々に宿泊しました。クラブフロアの2人部屋はじゅうぶん広く、清潔、リニューアル直後のようにピカピカ、綺麗でした。ラウンジで無料の飲み物をいただきながら六甲の景色を見て一息。到着からリラックスできました。温泉は、露天風呂、打たせ湯他いくつかの風呂があり、旅館や健康ランドよりリラックスできるくらい良かったです。2014年からニュー淡路が経営しているとのことで納得でした。温泉フロアにもラウンジがあり、無料、有料の飲み物がありました。クラブラウンジでは、夕方からトワイライトタイムでオードブルとスナック、スパークリングワインでまたまたのんびりしました。アルコールメニューも多くついつい飲み過ぎには注意かも。暗くなってからの神戸夜景はまことにきれいでした。翌日は１階で朝食ビュッフェをいただき、オムレツ、フレンチトーストなど食べきれないほどのたくさん種類がありかつ美味でした。その後、フィットネスフロアのジャグジーでさらにのんびり、すべてのスタッフが優しくて満点のホテルでした。 "

"Room are spotless, clean and comfortable. Public spas are very good, amenities are very well prepared. Should have shower cap. Staff are very nice and helpful. I lost my stuff, staff in dining area and front are very helpful. They tried to find it and return to me at my room. I am very appreciated for your kind effort.
