"No one at front desk. A sign was up stating the county ordered the hotel closed. Several people were standing around trying to get help or a refund. This hotel was literally shut down. "

"This is a nice hotel but it’s not great- breakfast is sad. Basically a grab and go situation. No hot foods. No decaf coffee, no plain creamers. The room is comfortable but no hair dryer. I called for one and housekeeping never brought one. There were loud car noises at night. Parking is convenient. "

"Other than the bathroom door sticking and making it difficult to open and close easily (I mean, it really got stuck), room was great and fit our needs. Staff were pleasant, accommodating, and so helpful (shoutout to Jessica who checked me in!). Restaurant staff bent over backwards to make drink special requests, and beautiful smiles when serving our delicious food. Thanks for a great wknd! Close to all that Rochester has to offet!"
