"This place is beautiful! Great location near two tram stations. Lots of food options and things to see. The front staff were so helpful and friendly! Room was comfy and clean! They were so accommodating when we needed anything for our room or an early check in. Loved how eco friendly they were too! We would absolutely stay here again! "
"In jeder Situation besonders positiv ist uns das Personal aufgefallen: ein freundlicher Smalltalk beim Check-In, aufmerksam und sympathisch beim Frühstück (trotz temporär großen Andrangs).
Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, sauber und hatten ein gemütliches Innendesign. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber schön gestaltet. Dusche und Badewanne sind kombiniert. Der Einstieg erschien uns etwas unkomfortabel hoch.
Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und ausnahmslos alle getesteten Produkte waren...

Unser erstes Zimmer hatte ein Problem mit dem Fenster, woraufhin wir direkt ein neues bekamen. Insgesamt alles toll, nur leider wurde in der Gemeinschaftsküche auf unserem Stockwerk viel mit sehr stark riechendem Essen gekocht, was man auf dem Flur die ganze Zeit roch."

"The property is close to the Rotterdam Central, quick walk to restaurants, laundry and a bakery. The night staff at the hotel were very helpful, I would stay at the hotel again. Rooms are small compared to North America, normal for Europe."
