"Great value and awesome location!"

"When I arrived to the property it looked great on the outside. Our room unfortunately had a strange smell, like urine near the beds, not near the bathrooms. Then I realized that the room wasn’t what I had booked at all, it wasn’t what they showed in the listing or ANY of the photos on the Expedia site. I messaged them the day before checkout to see how we could request late checkout because there was a miscommunication with our driver and they replied to me at 2am then I messaged them early in...

"A great place for a great price. Lately hotels in Tokyo are abusively expensive. This place had a reasonable price for us. It had also quick access to 2 train stations and on a walk able distance to Sky tree. The entrance of my apartment had a weird smell but the rest of the room was clean and mostly looked like new. I recommend this place to stay with family or friends."

"Perfect location in Asakusa if you want to be in a quiet area. Sights are within walking distance with a shopping street half a block away. Room was clean with a bit more space than the other ones we had in Japan. 4 mins walk from a convenience store and perhaps 8 from a grocery store. If you like traditional sushi there is a great little Isakaya around the corner."

"The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the extra space the kitchen area gave. Front desk staff were always very helpful. No issues whatsoever."

"Room was big enough for our family of 5. It’s so convenience to have a washer/dryer in the room. That save us a lot of time to do laundry. We have to buy our own detergent. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave and a small sink. They also provided plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There were convenience stores close to the hotel that is walkable. It is also close to the train station so you could hear it everytime it passes by. The room we stayed in has a balcony which is nice to sit...

"Great place to stay in Shinjuku, very close to the train station and to restaurants and stores. Clean and very organized, has a washer in the room which was super handy. Highly recommended, management is super helpful and they speak English. We will be back!"

"The bad: the bedroom had mold and the stairs leading to the bedrooms downstairs were a death trap. The good: communication and service were great. The location is unbeatable. They communicated the would get someone to come in clean and correct the problem, Tokyo has had a lot of rain. But the mold and mildew smell was so bad that we could not stay there. Late at night with a ton of luggage had to try and find a last minute hotel (which ended up costing a lot more money) they did refund...

"We loved being here. It's very well located and comfortable. Kiyo and Jeffrey are great and always helpful. We would definitely come back!"
