"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."

Yet when I brought it up to the hotel staff, they blamed it on the system between companies like hotels.com and the hotels. They said they never claimed to be a 4 stars hotel, and apologized for the condition of our room and offered an upgrade to a renovated room but had to charge us an extra fee. "
