"Smoothly check-in process. Front desk overall service is good. The location of this service apartment is great. All mainly public transports are within walking distance. A bit challenge is that there is no lift at the closest exit of JR station if you carry with luggages but all good by taxi:) highly recommend will stay again."

"Loved the hotel"

"The hotel itself is great. Near metro station and beside it is a supermarket. Check in and check out were smooth. Room was clean and had all the amenities. We were a family of 4-a bit tight but manageable. Our air conditioning didn’t work the 2nd night but when pointed out, they let us sleep first in another room while they fixed it. That’s the only glitch in the stay. The beds though were a bit hard and the pillows were too small and flat. Other than that, everything is fine."

"The hotel condition is new and clean. It's a 10 mins walk from Shinjuku station, but it is a nice and easy walk. I always enjoy staying in apartment hotels, Mimaru is going to be my top pick when visiting Tokyo"

It was clean, modern, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The housekeeping was great every day and I had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji during sunset every day and a view over Yokohama. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Brilliant Aparthotel. Big for Japanese standards. Azabujuban is my favourite part of Tokyo. Like a little village in the centre of Tokyo. Great food, walks, etc. Staff fantastic, too. Hotel only a few years old, everything modern and comfortable. "

The Godzilla exhibit was not accessible but not due to the hotel’s fault. In fact, because some persons lacking good sense tried to climb the Godzilla, the exhibit had to close for safety and loss control. "This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip. The room was small for us tall Americans, but was functionally perfect. Amenities were better than we have experienced at the more expensive hotels. Shampoo was fabulous, razors, combs, and toothbrushes were top-notch. Bedding was comfortable, room cleanliness superb. Located a block from the local tube station (and McDonalds) this was a great example of what a well-run modern hotel should be."
