"At check-in, our first room had visible mold. We immediately reported it. We were told there were no other rooms available and were asked to leave. We were also told that there was no manager onsite and the manager would not be available until Monday.
About two hours later, another staff member arrived and was able to change our room. Unfortunately, the second room had blood stains on the bedsheets. We were then moved to a third room, which also has visible mold."
