Upon arrival was greeted by very rude front desk staff. Condescending and sarcastic.
The room was acceptable but the entire place had a very very dirty feel about it. Almost like it never really gets cleaned.

"Upon check-in I learned that booking through Expedia cancels any benefits of a Bonvoy member (breakfasts, upgrades, etc).
