"What an amazing property but even more importantly what a superamazing staff!!
Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!!
Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to.
Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana!
Greg upon check out conitnued to make us feel wanted and loved.

"If I could live here, I would!
My only issue here is that there's no AC. I get why they don't have AC, because it's right on the water and the breeze and the sound of the waves - it's all sooo good. But it's a bit rough when you're trying to get ready to go out for the night, or pack to leave. So you pack and get 95% ready, then jump in that salt water pool one last time to cool off.
Honestly, it was a highlight of my trip and priced just right too!"

"Amazing vacation at an equally amazing resort. Would be back at the earliest chance we get. The staff, service, food, amenities, location, value all above and beyond expectations. Fantastic place to enjoy the Big Island. "

"We had a WONDERFUL stay, rooms were comfortable and super clean!! You cannot see the ocean from the surfer room, but there is a wonderful outdoor kitchen/Lanai just up the stairs where we could see a mildly obstructed view of the ocean. We will def be back! "
