"Clean room, clean bathroom, room was pretty, the hotel in general was very nice, clean, the relaxation lounge was a great spot to chill after walking all day, especially since the room is a little tight. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and had no issue getting us checked in and out. Rooms were always cleaned everyday nicely. Spot was close to many nice restaurants like the Brisk Stand and many others."

"The room I was initially put in, had a terrible smell despite being described as recently renovated. I requested to be moved to a different room, and the staff was lovely very accommodating after visiting a few few rooms of the same category they all had the same smell and upon requesting a refund and to remove to a different Hotel they upgraded me to a different area that was perfectly fine. I was a bit surprised that those rooms with a very pungent smell were offered for stay. It definitely...

"Checkin was such an easy process with a self guided screen that you could choose your language. Although there was a lovely woman there helping guide you as well. They had lovely amenities to choose from. The bed was a little on the harder side… but still slept great. The pillows were perfect. It was a small room but had everything I needed. And the limousine bus service from Narita airport (which only cost $24!) drops off right at the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again! Breakfast is a...
